Overview
LOGIX Communications, LP based in Houston, TX and formed in 1983, is a Competitive Local Exchange Carrier (CLEC) providing a wide range of communications services to small and medium-sized businesses in Texas and Oklahoma. Its product suite includes data, voice and cloud based services that are delivered via owned and leased fiber networks.
Challenge
Astra Capital Management completed the acquisition of the Company in July 2016. The transaction was financed through a combination of equity contributions by investment funds affiliated with Astra Capital Management, Wafra Investment Advisory Group, Inc., DB Private Equity, a division of Deutsche Asset Management and other institutional investors in addition to debt financing.
