The Company provides businesses and consumers with unique solutions utilizing sophisticated and innovative technology for managing thousands of creditor payments daily.
Situation
Crystal provided the intitial term loan to finance New State Capital Partners’ acquisition of the Company in May 2017. Following continued strong financial performance and a deleveraged balance sheet, the sponsor evaluated options to monetize their investment.
Solution
Crystal and its club partners increased the term loan to provide a return of capital to New State and other minority owners.
