CRS is a global provider of on-site fluid reprocessing equipment and services to the solar wafer manufacturing industry.
Challenge
The Company and its Sponsor, Argosy Capital, were seeking new term debt to finance growth capital expenditures.
Loan proceeds will be used to build out two new facilities at customer sites in China and South Korea.
Solution
Crystal was a Co-Lender in a $30 million 1st lien term loan secured by all assets excluding A/R.
